Updated guidance has been released regarding understanding the possession action process for landlords.
The changes means there will no longer be the need for a review hearing and face to face hearings will resume.
If your tenant has not vacated at the expiry of the notice, you will need to apply to court for a possession order. Included in the paperwork should be a statement as to how the coronavirus has affected you, your tenant and any of the tenant’s dependents.
