It’s the 1st June and we have a new section 21 notice to be used for all noticed served on post October 2015 assured shorthold tenancies, along with a new How to Rent Guide.

As we predicted, a new How to Rent Guide was launched today. This has been updated to include the new tenant fee ban information. The latest version can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/how-to-rent
Any tennacy set up, renewed or where a statutory periodic arises from today forward must have a copy of the new How to Rent Guide before a section 21 notice can be served.
