It’s the 1st June and we have a new section 21 notice to be used for all noticed served on post October 2015 assured shorthold tenancies, along with a new How to Rent Guide.

From today the previous Form 6A is no longer valid (with the obvious exception of notices that have already been served). There is also a new guide that can be found here:

Any tennacy set up, renewed or where a statutory periodic arises from today forward must have a copy of the new How to Rent Guide before a section 21 notice can be served.
