This applies to England

On 19 January 2022, the government updated three coronavirus guidance to confirm the Plan B restrictions have now been lifted. There is now no requirement to continue to work from home which means landlords and agents can continue with their everyday duties and from 27 January there is no longer a requirement to wear a face covering in crowded or enclosed spaces even though it is still encouraged. The wishes of  an owner /occupier in respect of wearing a mask should be considered when entering their property.
