Following our post that was published on 30 April 2021, on 4 May 2021 MHCLG published their own, and slightly different, section 8 form.
This, no doubt, will lead to a lot of confusion as to which form should be used going forward.
Those that subscribe to TfP support pack will be able to download the latest version which is identical to the legislation.
